Mr. Orr joins Preferred Medical Claim Solutions from Principal Financial Group, in Des Moines, Iowa, where he was Vice President, Business Development. Prior to Principal, Mr. Orr was Vice President of Corporate Sales for ten years at First health, in Downers Grove, Illinois. Mr. Orr was successful at First Health in introducing a new sales model that developed an extensive list of new self-funded employers employing more than 1,000 employees.

Prior to entering healthcare, Mr. Orr participated in the ownership of ABC and NBC television stations in California, Texas and Missouri while enjoying a twenty-five year career in national television, primarily with Warner Brothers. His career took him worldwide focusing on managing national television sales organizations, as well as being General Manager of television station operations for Time Warner. Throughout the years, the sales growth of his organizations produced record setting results nationwide.

As an early pioneer of cable television news for Time Warner in New York, Mr. Orr was the early architect in the development of cable television news and advertising sale in the United Kingdom.

A graduate of Central College, in Pella, Iowa with a B.A. in Psychology, Mr. Orr brings PMCS a proven track record in sales and marketing management.
