Chad Burdette joined PMCS in 2003 as a regional claim manager and has worked within several departments during his time with the company. Chad was named Vice President of Operations in 2010. His duties and responsibilites include the oversight of daily operations, management of provider services, and management of PMCS' supplemental network partnerships. His attention to detail and professional skills allow him to focus on quality improvements and drive efficiencies within the organization.

Chad has a strong hands on understanding of the internal operations throughout multiple departments and continues to support the company with the expansion of team member training and development, standard operating procedures, and infrastructure. He is a licensed Independent Adjuster for Accident and Health in the state of New York. Chad received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
